Scheduling

How can I schedule a treatment?

You can schedule an appointment online, through the Spavia app, or directly by phone at 303-476-6150. We also welcome walk-ins, but due to high demand, we recommend scheduling in advance.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Please call us if you need assistance.

Know Before You Go

Where is the best place to park?

Sway is located in Larimer Square, Denver’s most historic block, and a pedestrian-only street with no cars.

We validate parking for the first hour at the Larimer Square Parking Garage. After that, parking is $2 per 10 minutes.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to complete any necessary welcome forms. Members are invited to relax in the member lounge prior to their treatment.
