Existing members were carried over automatically at their Founding rate and already have unlimited Remedy Lounge access. There's nothing to buy here. If you join again by accident, we'll catch it and warn you before any charge.
Membership Questions
What does the membership include?
Unlimited Remedy Lounge visits at Sway Central Park, one 75-minute session per day. Every session includes traditional dry sauna, infrared sauna cabins, cold plunges, warm soak, compression therapy, and lounge access.
How does billing work?
Your first month is charged the day you join, then monthly on that same date. The membership is month-to-month and renews automatically until you cancel. No enrollment fee.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year. Billing and access pause, then resume automatically when your freeze ends.
How do I cancel?
Reach out to the club by email at contact@swaycentralpark.com or by phone at (303) 476-6150 at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you've paid for.
Do I need a membership to visit?
No. Drop-ins are always welcome at $49 per session. The membership pays for itself if you come 3 or more times a month.
I was an Upswell member. Do I need this?
No. Existing Upswell members were carried over automatically at their Founding rate and already have unlimited Remedy Lounge access. If you try to join again online, we'll recognize your membership and stop you before you're charged twice.
How do I book my sessions?
Book online like any guest. Once you're a member, your sessions show as included at checkout, so you'll never see a charge for lounge visits.
