Sway Wellness Spa Central Park is a recovery-led wellness club at 2271 Clinton St. in Aurora, CO 80010, on the edge of Denver's Central Park neighborhood, formerly Upswell Studio. The Sway Remedy Lounge is open daily with traditional and infrared saunas, cold plunges, a warm soak, compression therapy, and lounge access. Massage and facial treatments are coming soon. Memberships are available for unlimited Sway Remedy Lounge access. Existing Upswell members were carried over automatically.

Is this the old Upswell?
Yes. Sway took over both Upswell locations in June 2026 and now operates them as Sway Wellness Spa. Same recovery space, with new treatments and experiences on the way.
What's included in the Sway Remedy Lounge?
Access to the traditional dry sauna, infrared sauna cabins, cold plunges, a warm soak, compression therapy, and lounge.
How much is my first visit?
Remedy Lounge sessions are $49 as a drop-in. Our $25 first-visit offer is temporarily paused while the cold plunge is under maintenance, so your first visit is everything it should be. It will be back as soon as the plunge is.
Do I need a membership?
No. Drop-ins are welcome. For unlimited access, the Remedy Lounge Membership is $129/month and you can join online in about 2 minutes.
When can I book a massage?
Massage and facial treatments are coming soon. Join our email list to be the first to know when booking opens.
What about my Upswell membership?
Existing Upswell members were carried over automatically, so no action is needed. Current members roll into Sway at the Founding rate.
