The Sway Remedy Lounge is open daily with traditional and infrared saunas, cold plunges, a warm soak, compression therapy, and PEMF. Massage and facial treatments are coming soon. Memberships are available for unlimited Sway Remedy Lounge access. Existing Upswell members were carried over automatically.

Is this the old Upswell?
Yes. Sway took over both Upswell locations in June 2026 and now operates them as Sway Wellness Spa. Same recovery space, with new treatments and experiences on the way.
What's included in the Sway Remedy Lounge?
Access to the traditional dry sauna, infrared sauna cabins, cold plunges, a warm soak, PEMF mats, and compression therapy.
How much is my first visit?
Local first-time guests get their first 75-minute Remedy Lounge session for $25 (regularly $49). Book online, then mention code FTVORL at check-in. Locals only, any day.
Do I need a membership?
No. Drop-ins are welcome. For unlimited access, the Remedy Lounge Membership is $129/month and you can join online in about 2 minutes.
When can I book a massage?
Massage and facial treatments start in December. Founding memberships are open now, or leave your name on this page and we'll keep you posted.
What about my Upswell membership?
Existing Upswell members were carried over automatically, so no action is needed. Current members roll into Sway at the Founding rate.
